These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching sessions delivered by Paul Harris Coaching, whether online or in person.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below. If you’re unsure about anything, please get in touch before confirming your booking.
All sessions must be booked in advance, either via the online system or directly with Paul.
Invoices will be dated from the appointment and should be settled in a timely fashion.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online platforms.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of further appointments.
Sessions are delivered either online (e.g., Zoom, Teams) or in person at an agreed location.
For online sessions, ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space free from distractions.
For in-person coaching, punctuality is important. Please allow time for travel or any delays.
You may cancel or reschedule a session with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Persistent short-notice cancellations may lead to being asked to prepay or refusal of future bookings.
Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be considered with fairness.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without contact will be marked as a no-show and are charged in full.
Everything discussed in sessions remains confidential.
Paul may take notes to support your progress. These are stored securely and not shared without your permission.
Confidentiality may only be broken where there’s a legal requirement or risk of harm.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling – it’s a partnership focused on action, mindset and accountability.
You are responsible for your own outcomes and how you apply insights from sessions.
Paul is here to guide, challenge, and support your progress – but not to provide ready-made solutions.
Paul Harris Coaching is not liable for technology failures outside of our control.
If a session is disrupted by a technical issue, it will be rescheduled without charge.
Please check your tech setup ahead of time.
Feedback is always welcome and valued.
If something doesn’t feel right, speak up. This is your journey, and the coaching space must work for you.
Any tools, worksheets, or methods shared are for your personal use only.
They remain the intellectual property of Paul Harris Coaching and may not be reused or shared without permission.
